Ulikeit...everyone is at a different level and has different abilities and weaknesses. One person's program is not necessarily the best for another. I think you should make a self-assessment and determine what you need to work and go from there with a schedule ;-)

Bassically it's like a holster that works/fits like a backpack. It has compartments on the straps where they won't mess up any of your parkour, including rolls. I'm going to go see if I can pick one up this weekend.
