I don't think it matters the age as much as that what you practice in Parkour will help you and not hurt you.
some of the people in the vid had some good potential but seemed to be too eager to just look good for the camera.
(and some even just seemed to make small mistakes that everyone here at PKCALI might make, there are some David Belle mess ups in that vid).

stutterstep i share your pain and it really pisses me off that i'm stuck in san diego and even if i could travel to la or france etc. there are too infinte parkour spots that can be taken advantage of grrrrrrrrrrr
