Hahaha, this video is alomst a year old now... I wish I could say I've improved T_T. Lol, J/k. This Saturday I wanna re-nail two of the Cat pass to precisions (the one I bailed but did later and then another that isn't in the video) and then do the one that Cliff keeps doing...

1) It's so chill and laid back for some reason. Everything is simple and done with ease, it gives the impression like you guys just go out on these runs and don't stop moving. Had there been some death defying stunts or intricate tricks, it would have killed the mood. This is probably what i'll show people when they ask what "parkour" is.

2) The song choice is perfect. Parkour videos usually have horrible rock music.

3) Most important of all, it makes me want to go out and train. Maybe because I'm capable of being able to do most of the moves and it's not flashy.
