liked the vibe of the vid.

the locations are AMAZING! I would LOVE to train there. :P

Wasn't really digging the random spins, but if you enjoy it, that's fine.

I really like the section at 3:40. Very interesting technique! That's what Parkour is about. Not set techniques, but just moving quickly (and safely) toward your goal. Nice!

some tips: work on your basic vaults. You're missing a lot of opportunities at those spots. Also think about your whole body posture. The way you run will affect all of your Parkour.

Thanks westfury! Yeah, We both noticed the unneccessary spins... (That was my friend) I guess he felt that he had to be doing SOMETHING if there were no obstaces... He is better about it now. And yes, even people I work with, who don't pk, tell me I run funny... That's just how it is, But I am working on it as well. Keep an eye out, I just got my video cammera so there should be more to come...
