Reply to this		I like how you keep your center of gravity low during your vaults and how you quickly get your feet to the ground, rather than performing the vault and letting yourself drop. Real efficient.

Reply to this		That was pretty awesome man. I'm thinking of taking up parkour, and I'll be moving to Spain in a few months where there are lots of old ruins. I'm thinking that would make some pretty sweet videos.
