Hey there is a gymastics gym up here in Merced that I go to every day that its open.

It's located at
443 W 18th St.
Merced, CA 95340

It's open Monday and Friday from 7:30-8:30pm, and Saturdays from 11:00am to 1:00pm

It costs $4 on Mondays and Fridays, and $8 on Saturdays

They offer memberships which cut down on the cost considerably if you attend frequently.

If you need directions or if you have any questions let me know at -email-

It would be great to train with you guys there.

Awesome!
Do you know the name of the gym?

I've added this to the Training Grid.

cak010 how far do u drive for these places man

Be like water making its way through cracks. Do not be assertive, but adjust to the object, and you shall find a way round or through it. If nothing within you stays rigid, outward things will disclose themselves. Empty your mind, be formless. Shapeless, like water. If you put water into a cup, it becomes the cup. You put water into a bottle and it becomes the bottle. You put it in a teapot it becomes the teapot. Now, water can flow or it can crash. Be water my friend

@Chozen - LOL! I wish I could head out to this one, but I'm nowhere near it. That's not to say there aren't others in that area who might go. I do what I can to help put the word out to the community so people can find it and find others.

Maybe one day I'll head to Merced though.

Well not really. Some will say no. I go to an open gym session and practice there. I help out people who want to learn pk. At open gyms they let you use their equipment and thats what I use to teach.

I'm the one thats there pretty much everytime. Every now and then a couple of other guys show up. Just let me know if you plan on coming on Saturday. I don't usually attend those unless asked to. You should try coming out to a regular session too.

Sorry if anyone was planning on meeting me this weekend or friday. I am heading down to LA for 3 days. Feel free to go to the gym if you want to anyway there are always people willing to help you out with nonparkour related things like flips, and breakdancing.
