 jam is at CASTRO VALLEY HIGH SCHOOL. no we are not trespassing and the school is cool with it. jam starts at 3 if you have any questions call me at (510)599-4329...my name is zack. also the crew and i (cause it not my crew im just a part of it) we are goin to start jams and practice sessions there every monday, wednesday, friday and weekends we go other places but soon we will be doing weekly jams. so yeah AIM- whiteboiii510

MONDAYS: 3 pm - 7pm
SATURDAYS: 11 am - 4 pm

 yes i do have exact times and dates =) it is every monday 3pm - 7pm and every saturday 11am - 4pm

 hey guys castro valley jams are going to stop for awile now im not able to show up (broken wrist) and the place is under construction and they dont want us there whille they are building

 I hope your wrist heals well. You can always condition other things while your wrist heals, but just be careful not to re-injure it. If you want, I can dig up some of the videos of Westfury training with a cast on his hand/wrist.
Anyway, get well and let us know if we can help with anything.

 yeah ive seen those videos haha its sick its basically wat ive been doing, but i get my cast off in 2 days so i can go back to my other training and i broke my wrist from soccer lol not parkour haha but yeah long story lol
