yeah i'll be there. i am there pretty much every wednesday. all are welcome. there is a foam pit, many blocks, and all kinds of obstacles to set up. and they are cool with however you want to set it up.

wow! pretty fun mini-session for me! You can definately get away with a little more sloppiness jumping over a padded block!

It was a really good session tonight. Ghost was right. The place is chill with you doing whatever you want with the equipment as long as you're not destroying things. The place is packed with bboys and trickers so you need to elbow for territory, however, everyone still manages to get along.

Great training with all of you. Good job at taking over the place, ghost.

NOTE: OPEN GYM ACTUALLY STARTS AT 8:30PM (NOT 8PM)

yeah it was great having all you there. i like having all your different ideas for things to set up it makes it more of a challenge. and thanks wasabe for the insperation and help with form . i'll check that david bell kong to cat when i go to UCLA but i think that was the same distance. still some kinks to work out first....but all in all great great session. i cant wait tell next week!

HOLY CRAP!! DUde! my brother's girl friend and her sister works there. She teaches my sister on saturdays for gymnastics... I need to go here. Ive been there once. Ill ask my bro if i could go.. Thats cool!!!

Hmm, I might show up to one of these. Wearing shoes was the deal breaker for other gyms, so that makes this one very appealing. I will have to see.

Hah, shoes is a big plus for me too. I have classes Wednesday nights though, but maybe once the semester is over, or during the summer I should be able to come to one of these.

damn if it were like a friday or a saturday, id be down all the time, problem is, i have school, and i dont have a car, so staying the whole time would be a major problem gettng back seeing tha ti live in the anaheim area...

and not staying the whole time would be a waste of moolah...

any suggestions? message me or ill check up on this thread occasionally
