Hi!
I'm willing to go and try PK out. I'm really new to this, so what kind of clothing is preferable?

This is only beginning!

Anything you choose to wear is fine. There are no requirements. Most of us generally wear everyday casual clothes or something a little more geared toward exercise.

Heh, came over there today, but the session didn't happen, sadly. Unfortunately I can't come on Tuesday and Wednesday. I have Sartuday & Sunday off only.

This is only beginning!

Mark, what do you say we combine out sessions and alternate between rancho and C-mont? I mean, we are so close together. We should get a WEEKLY thing going. Hmmm. This is an old thread thought, I know. I'm gonna keep posting in the other thread. Moeswow, we meet up around Claremont a lot. I go to Chaffey in rancho with my training buddy who lives in Rancho. Mark lives in fontana with some other guys. There are lots of us ;)

Now that we have a bit more time (summer) I want to try to get a regular meetup going. Check here:
