TRAINING & CONDITIONING JAM
JAM

 WHEN:

 LOCATION:
-link-
La Cañada High School
4463 Oak Grove Drive
La Cañada Flintridge, California
(Meet in front of the school by the flag poles/parking lot)

 WHO:
Everyone

 INFORMATION:
- Stick to whatever you feel comfortable doing, you don't have to do ALL of the exercises. If you feel you got a good work out and really pushed yourself, then consider it good enough, no reason to strain a muscle trying to do more than you're capable of. Only you know if you've done enough, or to much.

- I am in no way a conditioning expert, so if you have an advice, or any other conditioning methods, please feel free to bring them up before or during the conditioning.

PM me if you have any questions.

Well you know I'll probably be there Taylor. Sorry I couldn't stay today, felt really crappy. I ate junk food today, like an idiot, which makes me sleepy.

Let me know. I'll try to come out to this Tayzon. Just not this weekend. You know why.

There is nothing either good or bad, but thinking that makes it so.

Jam was great, lots of fun, although some/a lot of the people who said they'd come out didn't show but that's all good, was still a lot of fun. :)

I might post up another jam in the future. It's too bad it was sunny all week then all of a sudden today it was cloudy and slightly drizzly :P

I'm sorry I couldn't make it out. I was working until midnight the day before and then had some stuff to do afterwards. So I didn't go to sleep until the wee hours of the morning (near 5am). I needed sleep at that point.

No problem cliff, the weather wasn't too great, and we didn't necessarilly stick to the original plan due to the ammount of people who came and the weather but we still had a lot of fun :)

Next time, hopefully the weather will be good and sunny, and well do more conditioning and Natural Parkour :)

@skyfire: Cold almost gone, don't wanna push it, just want to get rid of it before Spring Break.

@Ninjaboy: Deal. (But if not you're still going.)
