@SafeNSure: What ups buddy. How's everything up north? Hope all is well for you guys up there.

Just wondering. Is this going to be a session thats going to be every Sunday?

There is nothing either good or bad, but thinking that makes it so.

...hey, Man!
What's up? I'm hearing great stories from the deep south... (and the muse singing them is Haley... ever heard about her?... lol!).
We are doing great ourselves, and looking forward to all the birds returning to the nest after the summer.

In ref. to the SF week-end training: "YES" every Sunday w/o fail! (check out location at BApakour.com)

It all started with this post from Kaos(/Chris) in April 2007 on the back then only pk forum in the SF Bay Area:
" SF Weekend Training for Beginners
For the past several weekends I have been helping beginners with their training. Up to this point it has been spread by word of mouth, so I wanted to extend this to all other beginners. Anyone who wants some one on one help, or who might be a little intimidated by jams should come out and train with me. I am a pretty good teacher and practitioner, so chances are I can help you improve. We will not always be training at the same location so keep an eye on this thread to see where it will be. Keep in mind, this is not a jam. This is focused training. If you tend to get bored of a location and like to constantly move on to new spots, this is probably not for you.

For those of you who don't know me, my name is Chris Levesque. I have been training for roughly three years, and in that time have been very active in parkour across the continent. I founded New England Parkour at the start of 2006 then moved to SF at the start of 2007 and started a local gym class....enough about me....

Oh and its free in case anyone was wondering.
"

This is all still true, and since then we have seen at least hundred beginners training at this session, with a core group of at least 25 becoming "regulars", many of which can (and have) help out in passing over the safe and progressive approach to parkour that Chris showed us...

WHOA! Too much info?...
We just love what we are doing...
=)

That sounds great! I'd love to come check it out if I can find some time to head up there.
