After launching the first parkour gym class in SF a year and a half ago, Kaos (aka Chris) has passed it over to AeroSFCity (aka Ryan), who runs now the weekly 7:30PM gym lesson for beginners to intermediates at AcroSports, in San Francisco (639 Frederick Street).
Call (415- 665-2276) to find out about actual spots availability, but generally there is room for a few drop-in students. It is $26 to drop in. The rate is much better if you sign up for an entire session in advance.

BApk had a killer 2 hours open parkour gym jam yesterday night in San Francisco.
We didn't even start 'promoting' it on other forums, since the event (2 hours+, 2 different floors, with 24 people and 2 coaches) sold out in 6 hours (!), two weeks ahead of its time...

Solid outdoor practitioners and absolute beginners, of all age groups (9 to 47), genders and physical backgrounds, joined in for the safest and most forgiving replica of an outdoor session.
Experienced people honed their skills, and newcomers got over initial mental blocks, through the squishy-environment induced confidence, which hopefully will benefit their outdoor practice (and attendance).

Anyway: more structured classes keep on being offered every Wednesday, 7:30pm.
