This idea was for a simple high-volume, low intensity add-on to your regular workout schedule. In addition to all your regular training, just add:
1 x 10 pullups, 1 x 25 pushups, and 1 x 25 crunch once or more everyday. It only takes a few minutes and you must do it at least once a day. This is so quick, you can do it during a commercial when watching tv, right when you get out of bed in the morning, or get home from school/work. This is Upper body only so it leaves your leg training up to you. If you have the time, adding a one mile run to this every time would be awesome.
For a harder challenge, try doing this 3x or more everyday. Have fun.

What if i have a sprain arm does that excuse me from the work out?
