this session will focus on beginning and intermediate level training with a heavy emphasis on conditioning. the goal is to build the skills and strength necessary to safely practice parkour. please post or pm any questions you might have.

Sounds awesome! I'll try to be there but im not quite sure on my schedule for saturday.

That said, have you trained at VC recently? Last time I trained there (months ago) the campus police said that they were fine with us, but that the school had decided that Parkour was just like skateboarding i.e. liability problem.

i haven't been there in a while, but i stay away from class rooms and everything i do there looks more like i'm training for the football team. when i say conditioning, i mean it :p . if we have a problem, i know of some other places that are good for conditioning. hopefully no one has gone and done something stupid while i've been away....

Hey there, ive am starting to get into freerunning and i go to the park frequently to practice the basic vaults but i have no guidance what so ever. I do fine on my own but wondered if there were people out in Ventura to practice with? Anybody out there.
