 I will be hosting a series of free, afternoon training/conditioning session at my building in Downtown San Diego.

When: Thursday, 4:30pm - 6:00pm

Where: On the roof of 1111 6th Ave, 92101

 So this went really well last friday. I'd like to do it again but I need to double check my schedule. Might have to postpone it until next week.

 well I train most afternoons but thursdays I've been meeting my friend jeff at and then going with him to the gym from there. If you want to do it on any particular day let me know and I'm sure we can work something out.

 i too was bummed, that and the parking structure next to the building closed the elevators so i have to run up the ramp to get to my truck. but weekend sessions would be fun.
