Sacramento Traceurs/FreeRunners are still jamming a few times a week at Bella Vista High in Fair Oaks and sometimes at other places. Jam times DO change every so often, so to check the latest info on Sacramento jams, click the link below:

EVERY WEDNESDAY
EVERY SUNDAY

Make sure you try and make contact with at least 1 person before you come out to jam so you know for sure if there will be people there.

Yes...I know. I feel horrible that I haven't taken the trip up there yet. My shoulder needs to heal first. Then we'll start planning our SF, Sac-town, Stockton trip. SD should be a little easier to plan.

Just an FYI, Kaos (from NEparkour) now lives in SF.

We usually start at my house (1 mile away from BV), run to BV for a warm up, and that way I can show you guys a fun way into the school. But u can just meet us there if ud like, doesnt matter.

No traceurs in Sacramento, the CAPITAL of California... atleast in my area, lol. Once this weather changes I expect all of you including David Belle to come to my smalltown, Fair Oaks, and pk with me at the wonderful Bella Vista High School. BUT, since this could only happen in heaven, I am willing to kill myself to make it happen. haha, aaaaaaaah im so lonely hahaha, i love it.

Hey RD, here's your chance! I am a new guy to pk but excited to get started! In grade school I was always jumping off my friends houses as well as my own. Haven't done that in a long time, but I do rock climb. I am excited for something new, risky and adrinaline pumping. I'll see you on the 15th!

Just so you know Katen, that the point of parkour isn't to be "risky." Yeah a lot of the more advanced stuff has inherent risk to it but we try to minimize it as much as possible through training and spotters. But yeah, hitting a precision over a gap for the first time or getting the kong to cat you wanted gets your adrenaline goin like crazy.
