Weekly classes
  • The weekly Thursday classes will be geared toward people NEW to Parkour and those interested in drilling techniques. There is no size, skill, or experience level requirement. We will be going over some of the more commonly used Parkour techniques (i.e. rolls, vaults, climbs, and more) as well as certain strengthening exercises that will help in overall progression. We will also go over some of the philosophy involved and how Parkour applies at a broader level. Each week will have a different focus in terms of which drills and exercises we cover.

  • Each weekly Thursday class has a separate registration that opens 2 days prior (Tuesday at 12:01AM - just as Tuesday starts). You MUST register to attend.

  • In order to register for the class, you can email pkcali@gmail.com or you can leave a message at 310-439-8370.
You will receive a confirmation if you are registered for the class or not.

  • If you register for a class but cannot show, please let us know so someone else can take the class.

  • Jan Weekly Schedule
Jan 07: Rolls and Balance (registration open Jan 05)
Jan 14: Vaults (various) (registration open Jan 12)
Jan 21: Climbs and Grabs (registration open Jan 19)
Jan 28: Precisions and Jumping (registration open Jan 26)

    Feb Weekly Schedule
Feb 04: Rolls and Balance (registration open Feb 02)
Feb 11: Vaults (various) (registration open Feb 09)
Feb 18: Climbs and Grabs (registration open Feb 16)
Feb 25: Precisions and Jumping (registration open Feb 23)

    March schedule is TBA

I recommend everyone go outside and train regardless of level of skill or experience.

This is awesome congrats Cliff with the weekly sessions I'm so happy that parkour is generating even more interest. I'm mad at me though for not being able to come on Thursdays I'll try to make it to one sometime. Congrats again and to new people the basic gym sessions are great for learning its a great opportunity so don't miss out.

I can start setting up night sessions at UCLA, around 9ish 10ish, since I get off work around that time, if anyone might be interested. Dunno if that might be a bit late to train.

My friend and I are new to parkour and are interested in the monthly sessions. We live in San Diego, so it would be a bit of a drive, but we would be willing to make it if it would pay off. Please contact me with more information when you have it.
