 | kasai_kun has posted up a very fun customizable challenge...the "No Stairs Penalty!" The basic idea is to find a different way around using stairs (not the elevator or escalator please). If you find yourself using stairs the old fashioned way, you take a penalty in the form of some exercise/movement that you customize to your liking. Find out more details in this thread! |
