City of Stanton - Orange County classes

Silverton (Wasabe) is now teaching five health & exercise classes through the City of Stanton in Orange County, one of which is a Parkour class.

How "Good" Are You?

What does it mean to you when you hear someone say, "How good are you?" Taylor has posted up a great writeup discussing his thoughts as to what this question really means in relation to Parkour.

"No Stairs Penalty"

kasai_kun has posted up a very fun customizable challenge...the "No Stairs Penalty!" The basic idea is to find a different way around using stairs (not the elevator or escalator please). If you find yourself using stairs the old fashioned way, you take a penalty in the form of some exercise/movement that you customize to your liking.

SoCal Sessions revival
