as far as suing goes, you have to keep in mind this is a law school... my Dean was a top seed at yale. i am damn sure he would beat the snot out of me. if they make me pay to get alternate questions (0) when i have defeated my presumption of negligence, then i actually have something to sue for. the fact that the dean knows i am a slacker and his top grade makes it unlikely i can pull off any negligent infliction of emotional distress arguments, and i need damages to to get a settlement.... so my official answer is "we'll see"

@NinjaBoy@ Don Hertzfeldt rocks! That film was nominated for an Academy Award in 2001. If you want to check out his other stuff
[link] They are as twisted as this. His last film, "Everthing Will Be OK" , was brilliant! It was shortlisted, but unfortunately didn't make the Academy Award nominee list last year.
