PK United to bring Parkour to Uganda - Please donate! (now tax-deductible)

Please help some PKCali members (Cliff Kravit, Jordan Warrick, Kerris Seward, and Adam Ticknor - in collaboration with the non-profit organization "Not Man Apart") in their charity trip to Uganda. Caleb's Hope charity has partnered up with PKCali to form the PK United project.
PK United works with children across the globe who are deemed 'high risk' and dealing with many obstacles in their young lives. This program will launch in Northern Uganda, an area where the children and youth have been deeply impacted by conflict with rebels in the region. Parkour will not only help them heal, but its altruistic philosophies give them the discipline to overcome any obstacle, keeping thems safe, and believing in their abilities as individuals and a community to be great.

Please show your support for this amazing cause by donating. A lot of funds are required to make this program possible and date of departure is November 29th (for two weeks). San Diego Parkour Community BBQ Jam

San Diego Parkour is hosting it's first Massive Community BBQ Jam! Training all day with rooftop BBQ to top it off.
All are invited to join on Saturday, March 26 at 1:00pm.

2nd Annual Massive West Coast Jam

In keeping up with the annual tradition started by BAparkour we are having the 2nd Massive West Coast Jam (MWCJ). The dates are set for August 20-22. Check out the details and join the discussion as they are revealed in the planning thread and the confirmation thread.

Leave No Trace - Escondido, San Diego

As part of the "Leave No Trace" initiative started by Animus at PKNA, the traceurs in Escondido (in North County San Diego) have stepped up to clean up. On May 1st, a cleanup takes place before their normal training session. We all want to leave places cleaner than how we found them. Hats off to the traceurs in Escondido for taking initiative. Hopefully we'll see more people stepping up to help clean up.
